In a recent meeting held for Agrani Bank’s Chattogram Circle, a total of 14.58 crore taka was recovered from defaulted and classified loans.

The meeting, which took place on Saturday, 1 November 2025, in Chattogram, was chaired by the bank’s Managing Director, Mohammad Anwarul Islam. He expressed satisfaction with the performance of the circle and urged the continuation of efforts to reduce expected credit losses. He also emphasised the need to maintain the momentum in the recovery of classified loans, alongside the distribution of SME loans, deposit collection, remittance mobilisation, and the implementation of Agrani Bank’s 100-day action plan.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Managing Directors Tahmina Akhtar and Mohammad Abul Bashar as special guests. The event, chaired by Chattogram Circle’s General Manager Mostak Ahmed, was attended by executives, regional heads, branch managers, and clients from various branches of the bank.
