Dhaka Bank Partners Siddheswari College

Dhaka Bank PLC has formalised a strategic partnership with Siddheswari Girls’ College to introduce a secure, technology-driven tuition fee payment solution aimed at modernising the institution’s financial operations and enhancing convenience for students and guardians.

The agreement was signed by H. M. Mostafizur Rahaman, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of the Retail Business Division of Dhaka Bank PLC, and Professor A B M Mashiul Hossain, Principal of Siddheswari Girls’ College. The signing ceremony was attended by senior officials from both organisations, including Md. Kamal Uddin, Senior Vice President and Manager of the Kakrail Branch; Mohammad Saifur Rahman, First Vice President and Head of Student Banking at Dhaka Bank PLC; Aprash Chandra Saha, Associate Professor; and Mohammad Babul Miah, Associate Professor, alongside other faculty members.

A Modern Payment Infrastructure

Under the new arrangement, students of Siddheswari Girls’ College will be able to pay tuition fees through multiple secure channels. These include designated branches of Dhaka Bank, an on-campus collection booth established specifically for the college, and a range of digital platforms such as the bank’s mobile application, mobile financial services, and card-based payment systems.

The initiative reflects the growing demand for streamlined financial services within the education sector. By integrating digital banking tools with institutional fee collection, the solution is designed to minimise administrative burdens, reduce queues, and eliminate manual processing errors.
