City Bank is launching the country’s first-ever ‘Amex Member Week’, a week-long celebration running from 1 to 7 November, offering exclusive rewards and special promotions for American Express cardholders.

This initiative marks a new milestone in City Bank’s partnership with American Express, aimed at showing appreciation to cardmembers and enhancing their spending experiences.

During the week, all City Bank American Express consumer credit cardholders will receive 20% cashback on purchases across selected categories, including shopping, dining, electronics, entertainment, jewellery, beauty salons, and furniture, at participating merchants nationwide. The offer will be available across major cities, with the bank’s extensive network of retailers participating in the event.

Additionally, customers who use their Amex cards to load funds into their mobile financial service (MFS) wallets will be rewarded with bonus Membership Rewards points and exclusive cashback offers, further promoting secure digital payments.

City Bank is also launching a Merchant Incentive Program to acknowledge top-performing partners in sectors such as motorbikes, electronics, and mobile phones, rewarding those who excel in delivering exceptional customer service.
