Rashid previously served as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at bKash Limited, Bangladesh’s largest mobile financial services provider. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in strengthening bKash’s digital payments ecosystem, contributing to transformative innovations that enhanced customer experience, broadened financial inclusion, and expanded the company’s commercial footprint. His leadership helped drive bKash’s evolution into a national symbol of reliable and accessible digital finance.

Before joining bKash, Rashid held a series of senior leadership roles at Unilever, serving across Bangladesh, India, and the wider subcontinent. His responsibilities spanned brand strategy, operational management, and regional market development. His corporate journey also includes key positions at British American Tobacco Bangladesh, where he contributed to strategic planning and business performance improvement.
