Farmers & Merchants Bank Appoints Fidelity Executive to Board

LONG BEACH, Calif. – Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach (OTCQB: FMBL) has appointed Heather Carrillo to its board of directors, increasing the board to eight members.

Carrillo is currently Senior Vice President of Bank Strategy Technology Services at Fidelity Investments, where she has spent 25 years developing expertise in corporate development, portfolio management, and the analysis of technology, banking, and transportation sectors.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Carrillo worked as a research associate at Morgan Stanley, a private equity associate at Westbrook Partners, and an investment banking analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons. She has been active in the investment industry since 1994.

Carrillo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Established in 1907, Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach operates 27 branches along the California coast, from San Clemente to Santa Barbara. The state-chartered bank offers commercial and small business banking services, business loan programmes, home loans, and consumer retail banking products.

In addition to the board appointment, the bank recently announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of $28 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on 30 September 2025 to shareholders recorded as of 15 September 2025. This move reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to shareholder returns and indicates confidence in its financial stability and future earnings.
