IFIC Bank PLC has promoted 74 employees in recognition of their professional competence, dedication, and contributions to advancing the institution, a press release stated.

To mark the occasion, the bank organised a special event titled ‘Celebrating Career Progression’ on Sunday at IFIC Tower in Dhaka. Managing Director Syed Mansur Mustafa attended the ceremony.

With these promotions, the total number of employees elevated across various positions this year at IFIC Bank has reached 987.

During the event, 25 employees received their promotion letters in person, while the remaining 49 staff members from various branches and sub-branches were formally promoted via a virtual platform, reflecting the bank’s hybrid approach to recognising employee achievements.
