Mercantile Bank PLC has officially launched its premium banking segment, named “Mercantile Priority Zenith”, at the MBL Centre on Satmasjid Road in Dhanmondi on Sunday.

The launch ceremony was inaugurated by Mati Ul Hasan, Managing Director of Mercantile Bank PLC, who delivered a speech highlighting the significance of the new offering.

This new segment represents a key milestone in the bank’s ongoing commitment to providing customer-centric services, focusing on delivering excellence and enhancing the customer experience. As outlined in a press release, Mercantile Priority Zenith is designed to offer clients greater privacy, superior service quality, and a dedicated team capable of addressing complex financial needs with tailored solutions and personalised attention.

Md Zahid Hossain, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Business Officer, also spoke at the event, welcoming guests and sharing his vision for the new premium banking initiative. Many of the bank’s valued customers were present at the ceremony to witness the launch.

The event was also attended by several senior executives, including Shamim Ahmed and Ashim Kumar Saha, Deputy Managing Directors; Shah Md Sohel Khurshid, Mohammad Iqbal Rezwan, and Md Abdul Halim, Senior Executive Vice-Presidents; as well as Ashim Kumar Saha, Head of Retail Banking. Additionally, divisional heads from the bank’s head office, branch managers, and other senior officials were in attendance.
