Pubali Bank Unveils Ambitious Plans for Growth at the CLS Agent Conference-2025

Pubali Bank PLC, a leading financial institution in Bangladesh, recently hosted the highly anticipated CLS Agent Conference-2025 at its Head Office auditorium. The event, a key highlight for the bank’s Retail Business Division, attracted a wealth of senior officials and industry leaders, underscoring the bank’s commitment to excellence and growth in its retail banking services.

The conference was presided over by Md. Malequl Islam, Deputy General Manager (DGM) and Head of the Retail Business Division, with key figures from the bank, including Mohammad Ali, Managing Director and CEO of Pubali Bank, gracing the event as the Chief Guest. Joining him were special guests Mohammad Esha, Ahmed Enayet Manzur, Md. Shahnewaz Khan, and Mohammad Anisuzzaman, all Deputy Managing Directors of the bank. Together, they reinforced Pubali Bank’s vision to enhance its CLS (Customer Loan Services) network and strengthen its customer-centric approach.

The conference, which brought together regional managers and division heads from the bank’s various branches, was an opportunity to highlight achievements and set new goals. During the event, Pubali Bank rewarded the top 13 performing CLS agents for their exceptional contributions during 2024.

As a mark of recognition, these agents were awarded various prizes, including prestigious crests, certificates, private cars, and motorbikes. This initiative not only honoured the outstanding agents but also reinforced the importance of efficiency, customer care, and professionalism within the bank’s network. By rewarding top performers, Pubali Bank aims to encourage a spirit of competition and motivate its workforce to continuously strive for excellence.

In his address to the conference, Mohammad Ali, the CEO and Managing Director of Pubali Bank, stressed the need for continued improvement in the bank’s operations. He encouraged the CLS agents to focus on increasing their efficiency and adopt a more customer-friendly approach in all their services. Additionally, he called for enhanced transparency and a more dynamic approach to network activities to ensure better outcomes for customers and the bank as a whole.
