Under the terms of the agreement, SBAC Bank’s Visa debit and credit cardholders, as well as employees of the bank, will be entitled to an exclusive discount of up to 40 per cent on room rates at Best Western Plus Bay Hills. The hotel is located in Himchari, a scenic area of Cox’s Bazar known for its natural beauty and proximity to the world’s longest sandy sea beach, making it a popular destination for both leisure and business travellers.
The initiative aligns with SBAC Bank’s broader strategy to offer value-added services beyond traditional banking. By leveraging partnerships with reputable hospitality brands, the bank aims to enhance customer satisfaction, encourage card usage, and strengthen long-term relationships with its clients and workforce. Such collaborations are also seen as supporting the domestic tourism sector by making premium accommodations more accessible to a wider segment of travellers.
Best Western Plus Bay Hills, operating under the globally recognised Best Western brand, has positioned itself as a high-quality hospitality provider in Cox’s Bazar. The partnership with a leading private commercial bank is expected to broaden the hotel’s customer base while reinforcing its corporate and institutional engagement.
