TFB Unveils Nationwide Professional Development Programme with Support from CBC

Teach For Bangladesh (TFB), in partnership with CBC, has introduced a three-month professional development programme for 134 Fellows across Dhaka, Chattogram, Rangpur, and Cox’s Bazar. The training, which began in September 2025, will run until November of the same year.

The programme is designed to address key areas such as climate education, gender equality, and digital literacy, while also enhancing inclusive teaching methods, leadership skills, and community engagement. These sessions aim to equip Fellows with the tools and knowledge to better support the diverse needs of students and communities throughout Bangladesh.

Through this initiative, TFB Fellows will focus on strengthening classroom practices, promoting student well-being, and driving long-term educational transformation in their local communities. By the end of the programme, it is anticipated that the impact will extend to over 2,000 students, parents, and community members across the country.

The training also aims to create a ripple effect, with trained Fellows poised to implement these new strategies in their classrooms and communities, ultimately contributing to the broader goal of improving educational outcomes and fostering more inclusive and sustainable teaching practices across Bangladesh. This initiative is expected to have a far-reaching effect on both the professional development of the Fellows and the educational progress of their students.
