Prime Bank Backs Student Excellence Awards

Prime Bank PLC has partnered with The Daily Star as the Title Sponsor of the prestigious O and A Levels Awards, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing young talent and celebrating outstanding academic achievement across Bangladesh.

The forthcoming edition will mark the 25th anniversary of the O and A Levels Awards, a significant milestone that reflects a quarter-century tradition of recognising exceptional students who have demonstrated remarkable dedication, perseverance, and intellectual promise. The collaboration was formalised through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding at a ceremony held at the headquarters of The Daily Star in Dhaka. The agreement was signed by Mahfuz Anam, Editor of The Daily Star, and M. Nazeem A. Choudhury, Deputy Managing Director of Prime Bank PLC.

Senior representatives from both organisations attended the ceremony, underscoring the significance of the partnership. Among those present were Tajdin Ahmed, Chief Business Officer of The Daily Star; Mizanur Rahman, Chief Financial Officer of Prime Bank PLC; and Syed Rayhan Tarique, Head of Brand and Communications at the bank, alongside other senior officials.
